Individual Counselling
How long is a session?
I offer both online and in-person counselling sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences, providing flexible support whether you’re at home or able to attend sessions in person.
Each session is 60 minutes long, allowing ample time for us to explore your concerns, process emotions, and work toward your personal goals. If a different session length is needed, we can arrange this ahead of time to ensure that your unique needs are fully supported.
Session Fees
Individual Counselling and/or therapy in person R 650.00
Individual Counselling and/or therapy online via Zoom R 500.00
Family counselling and/or therapy in person R 750.00
Family counselling and/or therapy online via Zoom R 650.00
*** Initial Individual or Family Interviews/Assessments are billed according to time spent– ask therapist for a breakdown.
DISCOUNT PACKAGES AVAILABLE when you buy session packages:

Therapy for Children
How long is a session?
Therapy for children is only available in person at my practice in Table View. All minors must be accompanied by a caregiver or family member to the appointment.
The length of the sessions are determined by the age and needs of the child. The length of sessions will be discussed with parents in advance, and can be changed over the course of the therapeutic process. Feedback of sessions are separate from therapeutic sessions, and charged separately.
Child Therapy Fees
30 minute Therapy Session - R 350.00
45 minute Therapy Session - R 450.00
60 minute Therapy Session - R 550.00
Initial interview with parents / feedback / team meetings – 30 minutes - R 350.00
Additional 15minutes consultation (interview/ feedback / team meeting) - R 150.00

Payment Information

Valeo is a CASH-BASED Practice and clients are to settle their account by cash/EFT (either proof of payment supplied or reflecting in account) by latest 7 days following invoice date.

Valeo is unable to negotiate with Medical Aid Schemes on the client's behalf.

After payment, clients will receive a zero-balance statement via email. The client will be responsible to submit this statement to their medical aid, should they wish to claim.

Clients are expected to accept responsibility for settling their accounts timeously and submit statements to Medical Aid where applicable.

It remains the client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the benefits and terms and conditions associated with their chosen medical cover, before submitting any claims.
